The hotel is located in a quiet street close to the boulevard with all its shops, bars and restaurants. A few minutes walk from the pier and from the famous golden beaches of Lido. San Mark's Square is only approximately 10 minutes away. There is a golf course close by.
Rooms vary in size from medium to large, and offer all the modern comforts. Both rooms and bathrooms are in fair condition. There is a large breakfast room illuminated by plenty of natural light During the warmer months breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the gardens.
The hotel has a 3-storey white villa surrounded by a private parking. Villa Ada has its own lobby, but the lobby of the Biasutti hotel, which is located opposite Villa Ada, is to be considered the main one. It is large in size with various seating areas, pastel colours and plenty of natural light.
Check in and out procedure take place at the sister hotel Biasutti where a porter is always avaialble to escort guests to Villa Ada. Breakfast also is available at the restaurant of the hotel Biasutti.
