The hotel is located in Piazzale Roma, it is the only hotel in Venice which can be reached by car. It overlooks the Grand Canal and it easily reachable from the station (1 stop by boat) and from the airport (15 minutes by bus).
Rooms vary in size and are tastefully decorated in Venetian style. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition and they offer all the modern comforts included sound-proofed windows. Some rooms enjoy a romantic view of the Grand Canal. Breakfast room is located on the ground floor and presents the same style of the lobby and reception area.
The hotel's exterior is 3-storey tipical Venetian palace in keeping with the surroundings. Lobby is medium in size with a comfortable seating area. There are rugs on the marbled floor and decoration on the walls, the ceiling shows the wooden beams and the whole area, in which prevail the colour blue, looks quite elegant.
100 metres away there is the hotel Annex, Residence Parisi, which is a first category property, modern in style, with large and spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped for disabled. Check-in/out and breakfast are made at the main building where a porter is always available to escort guests to the Annex.
